Public procurement

Our Law Office represents and advises clients in public procurement procedures, drafts tender documentation, competition notices and compiles answers to questions which the applicants and tenderers ask our clients as contracting authorities in the course of the tender. We also draft decisions on the selection of the best tender, represent clients in appellate procedures before the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures and draft agreements on procurement of goods and services and concession contracts.
